CHECK IN AND DONATION TURN IN
How to check in:
When you arrive you will see the check in/registration area in the center of the filed under a large tent. If you are part of a team, your Team Captain should gather all donation money from the team’s members BEFORE checking in. The team captain should count the money so they are able to tell us the amount they are turning in. Once the money is collected the team captain should go to the check in table and turn in the teams donations and pick up your preordered tee shirts. For families and individuals walking please turn in your donations at the check in and pick up your shirts.

Although we did order some extra shirts please note that if you did not preorder shirts we cannot guarantee that we will have enough for everyone who didn’t order ahead of time.

The day before the walk we will write down the amount raised on EVERY FirstGiving page. When you turn in your money it will be added to the amount you raised on your FirstGiving page(s). EVERY Team/Family that raises over $500.00 will have their team name entered into a drawing for a gift certificate for a one night stay at The Hampton Inn, South Kingstown RI. Valued up to $250.00 depending on the season it is used.

If you are NOT walking and you have pre-registered there is no need to check in.

If you are only attending the Family Fun Day and you HAVE NOT registered please stop by the check in and fill out a registration form.
